Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who seeks finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

Matthew 7.7-8

Join us at St. Edward’s

St Edward’s is a vibrant and historical church located in the city centre of Cambridge. We seek to make known the good news of Christ through our worship and service to the community. We are also a place that seeks to bring theology to the heart of the church through teaching, the arts, and engagement with contemporary culture. St. Edward’s is a place that has been filled with the prayers of faithful men and women for centuries and we invite all to come on Sundays, or during the week, to experience rest, peace, and refreshment.

The 11:00am service is Common Worship Holy Communion.

The first Sunday of the month is a family-friendly service (though we always welcome families and children) and the second Sunday of the month uses the liturgy from the BCP. There is a children’s play/reading area at the back of the church and a creche available for those with infants/toddlers.

At 9pm during University of Cambridge’s term we host the student led Taize Group.

At 10:30am there is a Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion.

At 5:30pm there is the Meditation Group, who meet for about an hour to look at ways of praying and to spend some time together in silence and share their experiences.
